1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph02 website located at https://ph02.cam (the "Website"), creating an account, or using any of our gaming services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are subject to any legal disability, guardianship, or other condition that impairs your ability to enter into contracts.

2.3 Jurisdiction

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. While ph02 is licensed by PAGCOR to serve Filipino players, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws in your location. Use of the Services is prohibited in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.

2.4 Exclusion and Self-Exclusion

You must not be registered on any gambling exclusion list, including PAGCOR's self-exclusion register. If you have previously self-excluded from ph02 or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator, you are prohibited from creating an account or playing until the exclusion period has expired.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only with ph02. You may not register multiple accounts under your name, someone else's name, or using false information. ph02 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts based on name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, and other identifying information.

If ph02 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately;
• Void all bets, wagers, and gaming activity on duplicate accounts;
• Confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts;
• Retain any deposits made to duplicate accounts as liquidated damages;
• Report the violation to PAGCOR and other relevant authorities.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ph02 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players. You must complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID);
• A recent selfie holding your ID next to your face;
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration will be suspended. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with anyone. All activity on your account is your responsibility, even if unauthorized access occurs due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph02 Customer Support immediately. ph02 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to report the breach promptly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph02 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks), InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Cashier page.

Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Customer Support with proof of payment (transaction reference number or receipt).

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy: ph02 complies with Philippine AML laws. You must wager at least 100% of your deposit amount before you are eligible to withdraw. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000, you must place at least ₱1,000 in total wagers before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement helps prevent money laundering and is mandated by PAGCOR.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and payment method. VIP players may enjoy higher withdrawal limits and priority processing.

ph02 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if you fail to provide requested documents.

4.3 Fees

ph02 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, etc.) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ph02 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough"). A wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus.

For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place ₱30,000 in total wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute 10-20%).

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph02 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., hedging bets), or any other behavior that violates the spirit of the promotion.

ph02 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts of players suspected of bonus abuse.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered by ph02 are provided by licensed and regulated game developers. Slot machines, video poker, and other RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent testing laboratories such as iTech Labs, eCOGRA, and GLI.

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional casino studios. All game outcomes are determined by physical events (card shuffling, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) and are not influenced by ph02 or the player.

6.2 Game Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnect, or error, all affected bets and payouts are void. ph02 will refund stakes for voided bets to the player's account. Players are advised to report any suspected malfunctions immediately to Customer Support.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, your game session will remain active for a limited time (typically 24 hours). You may log back in to complete the session. If the session expires, the game will auto-complete according to its rules, and any winnings will be credited to your account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in identity theft.
• Cheating: Using bots, automated software, hacking tools, or exploiting game bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes (especially in poker or sports betting).
• Money Laundering: Using ph02 to transfer, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Underage Gambling: Playing if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to bypass restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. ph02 will cooperate with law enforcement in investigating suspected criminal activity.

8. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

ph02 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity.

8.2 Disputes

If you have a dispute with ph02 regarding your account, a bet, or any other matter, you must first contact Customer Support to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit.

All disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting outstanding wagers and bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

9.2 Termination by ph02

ph02 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, cheating, or prohibited activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players;
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, ph02 may forfeit any remaining balance and void all pending bets.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
